Absolutely wonderful. First class service and protocol. Dr.Silvers and his staff of professionals exceeded all expectations.
The office staff called prior to my appointment to UPDATE all information in order to save time in the office during the Covid quarantine. This was a great way to cut back waiting (with others in office) time and proved to be most efficient. All I had to do was go in to my appointment. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
My husband and I recently went to see Dr. Silvers for a pre-colonoscopy appointment. From the telephone prescreening call through the office visit with Dr. Silvers everyone at Metropolitan GI Assoc was over the top efficient, kind and professional. Dr Silvers and his staff went above and beyond to provide excellent care and assistance. We highly recommend Dr. Silvers and his staff at Metropolitan GI Associates.
