The office staff is exceptionally rude. The patient experience has nothing to with dental care, it is all about making money. My experience with the office manger Patricia aka Trish was so poor, I was embarrassed for the doctors practice. The office would not transfer my dental files to me or another dentist. There excuse “they have other patients”. Please look else if you are interested in having someone care.
