If I could give zero stars or even negative I would. Definitely the worst doctor I have ever seen and I wasted too much time trying to see dr marks or even get a call back from the man. Instead the other doctor calls even though I specifically told him I would only talk to dr marks. But he doesn’t have the decency to give me a call back himself. I went there with my husband looking for a primary care Dr. My husband is very hard of hearing so I go with him because I am his ears. We made an appointment with Dr. Marks. I asked several times to make sure that he is who my husband would see, they assured me that yes my husband would see Dr. Marks. The person who walked in the room was NOT Dr. Marks. Dr. Marks was a godsend for accepting me as a patient when I was having trouble finding a provider that could administer my injections for over a year. He was very helpful and caring and answered any questions I had. He also allowed me to stop my injections when the time felt right for me. I had a great experience at this practice and would highly recommend.
Terrible doctor i had a appointment waiting a hour then some stranger new teaching doctor comes in and I kindly ask today i would just like to see dr edwards there is some sensitive things I would like to talk to him and he wouldn't see me stay away run this is not the bedside doctor that used to treat me for 10 years
I'd give a 0 if I could. Extremely arrogant, rude, dismissive & does not listen to his patients. "We're all wasting his time" lol
