MY insurance had transferred my case to ss & hired David to handle my case..dealing with The health insurance,The appointments,SocialSecurity...etc ...He was was the easiest and calmest person out of all.I was completely going nuts with all insurance and agencies...He explained, things to me & what he needed from me ...We no longer sat down in court and I was approved. Wasted my time. Spent less than 1 hour on my case mainly in coaching me instead of looking at my extensive medical records and going over info to be more informed. Didn't do a single thing at the hearing, he didn't defend me. At best he's a ambulance chaser that takes on as many cases as he can knowing a few will go his way. The whole SSI system is a sham tbh. We have to beg the system we paid into!
I called this office calling to get information regarding an attorney making large errors in my disability hearing I try speaking clearly to properly communicate where my problem was and how to go about it. This woman was very short and did not want to be bothered with helping me get my matter addressed.
