I would highly recommend Dr. Gus for adult patients who reguarly get their checkups. If you have trouble scheduling appts, I would not recommend as you will get lots of phone calls. Also, charges are typically above your insurance's payable amounts so there is usually a premium.
Dr. G always remembers who you are and his staff is so nice. They are up on all the latest technology and equipment. Really enjoy him as a dentist.
Hygenist too aggressive causing much discomfort. Feel treatments were more agressive than necessary.
Dr. Gustafson came highly recommended from my former dentist in Dallas, TX. He is extremely personable. Dr. Gustafson uses the latest in dental screening and treatment technology, including a laser-cavity detection system that can help catch things that might otherwise go undetected. Though he is an out-of-network provider for me, I felt that the higher cost of treatment with him was worth it.
I felt like Dr. Gustavson was always trying to get more money for me on procedures that were unneeded (went to another dentist to get a second opinion. Also, Dr. Gustavson charged more than was permitted by my insurance and was in the 98th or 99th percentile of dental spends.
Dr. Gustafson and Dr. Woody are excellent dentists. They are friendly, they discover even the tiniest cavities early on. The cleanings and procedures are not painful at all.
Office staff is very friendly and helpful, but procedures can get very expensive even with dental insurance. Very good care overall from a dentist with a lot of experience.
My children and I have been seeing Dr. Gus for years. He is up-to-date on all the latest technology to make the exams more thorough and filling a cavity painless. He is easy to talk to and his staff is very friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Gus! Mary G.
Dr Gustafson is a good dentist. He has a lot of cool euqipment that unforunately finds every little cavity! My main complaint is that I felt uncomfortable as he was trying to "upsell" me all the time. He pushed me into getting a night guard that I paid $400.00 out of pocket for that I NEVER WEAR. I went to different dentist recently, and he told me I did not need it, and that they was no real visible signs that I "grind my teeth".
