The facility and care is phenomenal. Rachel the receptionist is argumentative. She’s rude. She shouldn’t be a front desk employee, anywhere. My husband and I are not the only ones to complain about her. We have heard other pet owners complain about her, and have seen her argue with patrons right at the desk!
We have been going to Oakwood Animal Hospital for about 3-4 years now with our cats and dogs. Every time I come here I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate their kindness and care for our animals. I had to put my dog down recently and they were very patient, comforting, and understanding throughout the process. Especially with my dog. Thank you all for what you do!
Very happy with my experience at the animal hospital, my dog has been coming here since birth. Recently had Noodle go in for a dental procedure and they did an outstanding job!! Dr. Porter did an above and beyond job, now my dog smiles everywhere she goes.
