Several times, unfortunately, I've had medical problems while traveling. The remote support from Dr. Pong and his supporting nurse, Kristy Johnson, in those situations has always been excellent, even when I've been many time zones away. Knowing that support is available is a great comfort to me.
Dr. Pong is not my personal physician, but he was on call when I had Covid symptoms. He listened attentively, gave great advice, and followed up with me the next day. He has a delightful bedside manner and has a great sense of humor, which is greatly appreciated when not feeling well seems overwhelming. He also reassured me that I could be tested before my vacation to India in 3 weeks. My husband and I are both patients with Partner MD and we highly recommend this group!
