I've checked the text for spelling and grammar. Here's a revised version that fixes a few minor errors and improves the flow:Dr. Phillips was terrible. Starting four months prior to his retirement, he was awful. He didn't return my calls, didn't follow up on a request made by my insurance, and didn't even inform me that he was retiring. He also didn't leave any information about who was taking over his patients. Because of him, I was left to struggle with my condition without medication or treatment.

Dr Phillips helped me develop a plan for prostate cancer. I saw many doctors and asked everyone of them what I should do. Not one of them stated their opinion. Always became my choice. After my consultation with Dr Phillips I asked the question again and I was told to have my prostate removed. When I asked him why he stated opinion he stated that’s why he went to medical school. So glad he was direct and to the point. 4 years cancer free and not sure I would have chosen this removal path without his direction. Thank you Dr P... read more

was long-time patient, and over past 14 years, successfully treated me for three kidney stones. I trusted him. Unfortunately, this time he failed me in a way that changed my life forever.Despite clear symptoms repeated visits, on going UTI, Dr. Phillips dismissed my concerns and assured me I was fine. There were at least three separate opportunities to catch what was really happening, but he missed them all.
