We like David because of his transparent fee structure and no pressure sale process. David charges a standard 7/3 realtor fee, no matter how long it may take him to sell it. I find creative fee structures used by other realtors can be tricky and manipulative. Moreover, David knows Calgary West property market very well, he generously shares his advice on listing price range, subsequent price adjustment if needed but always let us make the final decision, no pressure from him at all.
