My son was originally seen by a nurse practitioner in this office. His illness/infection was determined to be viral; likely bacterial infections were ruled out with tests. On a follow-up phone call. Dr. Pletzer tried repeatedly (through his nurse) to push a prescription for antibiotics despite his office's clearly posted policy of only prescribing antibiotics when warranted. My experience with this office was not good. We don't feel that personnel is knowledgeable enough. We didn't get a good service from this office period. Accounts receivable doesn't work as suppose to and they charge you $15 every time you are late with the payment.
Dr. David Pletzer has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. A couple of my family members and friends also see him. I will continue to go to him as long as he is in practice.
