Dr. Pletzer is an excellent, caring physician. He is patient and takes time to listen.
Very disappointing experiences here. No follow up. Diagnosed my son who had mono with exhaustion. Took to his old pediatrian a day later and quickly identified mono. Would never go here again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pletzer for 20 years. He has become a trusted adviser for me and a true partner with me for my medical care. He always spends the time it takes for me to get all my questions answered. He is quick and efficient so he will get done very fast, but he will stop and talk if you need. The office staff is professional and efficient - I have never had any billing problems. Setting up appointments works fine - you can use their website or call on the phone.
Office staff puts patients on hold and forgets about them. I was left on hold for ten minutes and then was disconnected. They have little or no phone skills and calls are seldom returned. This would be a good place to open a doctor's office. They used to be outstanding now they flat suck! It's like no one cares if you're a patient or not. Sorry situation.
He told me there was nothing he could do for me although I was in considerable pain and had other complaints. Very disappointed with his "do not care" attitude.
Horrible doctor. Did not listen to me at all. Once he heard I was on a certain medication he would not listen to me at all. His mind was made up, it was the medication. He even drew blood work without having me fast. Went to another doctor and they found a serious heart problem. Thank goodness I knew enough to not listen to a doctor who does not listen to his patients.
The doctors and nurses are great when you get to them. Every time I call or go in the front desk gives me a hard time I have been: improperly billed (by $200.00), told to come in at a time when the entire office was leaving for lunch, not able to reach my health records, and belittled when I try to make or change appointments. I like my doctor but there is better service at the counter of a fast food restaurant.
Dr Pletzer takes his time with me and is very concerned with all aspects of my health. Did not feel rushed. He is hard to get an appt because he is very popular. Nurse practitioners are easily available and also very good
