Let me start by saying the doc himself is knowledgeable and polite but their practice as a whole in my experience is deceitful. I purchased a voucher on groupon for my first consult. I was understanding that that would cover the consult and gave my insurance information for future visits as I was hopeful about the program and planned to see it through to my goal. This practice is a huge scam especially if you bought the voucher on Groupon. I called to make an appointment describing that I wanted to see the clinic for help with lifestyle changes to be healthier and as a goal to lose weight, mentioning that I had paid 77$ for a Groupon. After waiting over an hour to see him, he made me feel very embarrassed and guilty for wanting help from him, he talked to me in a very patronizing, rude, arrogant manner and told me that there was nothing he could do for me. It's hard to find a Doctor that really cares and spends the time to answer all of your questions. The staff is also top notch. Highly recommended.
