I can’t thank Dr. Oustecky enough for his professionalism, wonderful care, and expertise. I was very nervous about having a colonoscopy and he and his professional staff made me feel that I was in great hands. Office was immaculate. I have very high standards especially when it comes to my healthcare and they superseded my standards.
One of the best Gastro doctors out there
I don't feel he goes out of his way to actually show care for his patients. Front desk is an actual nightmare. Extremely rude!
He is a great, kind terrific person, as well as a professional doctor. He's very easy to talk to, plus you just feel confidence when he is describing an upcoming procedure. He makes you feel very comfortable and I'm glad he's part of the Mt. Sinai Doctors. His staff is also wonderful and there's no wait time.
I could only wish all of my doctors were like Dr. Oustecky. He is kind, straight forward, he is empathetic, and he truly cares about his patients.

Highly recommend! I never like going to the doctor, but Dr. Oustecky and his staff make me feel like a priority every time I visit. Whenever I have an issue they work with my schedule to get me seen that day, if not the day after. Even when I was away they were readily available to talk with me over the phone. The entire staff is amazing, they take the time to hear all your concerns, This is by far the most comfortable and welcoming office I have been too.
He is such a nice man and a really caring doctor. He is better than bacon.
Excellence defined. Professional , personable, patient , thoughtful, Caring and Knowledgeable. Highly recommended - What a patient expects a doctor to be like. Now a days it's such a pleasure when you find a doctor like this.
