Dr. Oustecky is the nicest, calm, caring doctor. He spends time with you and goes over everything. She is the best at explaining his medical opinion and options. He made me feel so comfortable and I recommended him to all my friends and family.
First visit was good, at least I had no major complaint. I was seen on time and scheduling an appointment was easy. I called a couple of weeks later after my first visit to discuss medication side effects, I was billed that has never happened to me with any other doctor. I left his practice because Dr. suggested a sigmoidoscopy when I just had a colonoscopy less than six months which is by far superior, he needs it to determine next course of treatment. Surprised to see all of these positive reviews. The doctor rushed me out of the office within 5 minutes after completely dismissing my health concerns. He claimed that non celiac gluten sensitivity and leaky gut both do not exist (despite my allergy panel being positive for gluten sensitivity). He said I do not have a problem with vitamin malabsorption despite having low folic acid and b1 levels (clearly he barely looked at my labs before the visit.) He’s my doctor now and I can’t say enough about Dr. Oustecky. He is so knowledgeable, professional, caring and most of all he is knows his medical field. I recommend Dr. Oustecky to everyone who has a problem related with the stomach. He will definitely find out what’s wrong with you!

Dr. Oustecky is definitely one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He’s not only professional but also caring and kind. I don’t think I could have asked for a better Doctor. I’m not seeing Dr. Oustecky anymore as I recently relocated to a different state but I wish him the very best continuing on.
