The doctor wouldn't pull a tooth. Wanted to refer me to an Oral Surgeon to drill into my jaw to create fake teeth. Made an assumption based on his many years of practice. Partials were totally out of the question. I guess the doctor has the power to see in the future and assume everyone is the same. The All-knowing doctor should be an FBI Profiler. The doctor was a Total Narrcisstic Arrogant Jerk with a Severe Case of Having a God Like Complex.

All office and dental staff are amazing, friendly, timely and answers questions well. Dr. Ouellette is a skilled dentist but his bedside manner & attitude is poor and unprofessional. He talks down to, argues and ridicules his staff with a patient sitting in the chair. As a health care worker I know what it feels like to be disrespected by an upper level, especially in front of a patient, and it causes a hostile work environment and poor patient outcomes. I have a 9 year old post and crown that needs replacing, Dr. Ouellette recommended the most expensive procedure, oral surgery to remove the tooth and and an implant. when I inquired about less expensive procedures, such as a bridge or a partial, he was terse and condescending. We all don't have unlimited money to spend on one tooth, yet he made me feel as though I was poor white trash for questioning his advice and his demeanor suggested I was wasting his time. Total Jerk.
