NOTE: I posted this in January. I had contacted a patient advocate in October. I never heard back. When I reached back out they said they assumed it was resolved ..so never thought to reach out and check with the patient. !! These communication issues RUN DEEP at Hartford Healthcare and only the patients suffer. NO ONE at HH cares about the opportunity to “make this right” despite having the chance for 90days they failed pretty miserably. I’m disgusted. This is a frightening place to be diabetic, and I deeply worry about patients who aren’t able to advocate for themselves here. I’ve been going to this office all year, yet I’ve had to rely on my previous endocrinologist at another practice to get my prescriptions filled. David has been unable to recommend a safe treatment protocol since his go-to option was discontinued.
