I was to get a tooth extracted at this clinic and when I walked in some staff and half of the patients in the waiting room did not have masks on or in their possession despite notifications on the door. Being nervous about the procedure, I asked the receptionist if she could turn off the news, change the station, or turn off the volume so I did not have hear it while waiting.
