The Best Chiropractic Center in Hampton Roads. The staff is nice and Dr. Block is the best! One day I went in a lot of pain and after the spinal manipulation I had relief and Dr. Block cheered me up !
I was in a pretty serious car accident a couple months ago with a broken rib and back and neck pain. Dr. Block and Dr. Donner did an awesome job getting back to normal while working around my injury and schedule. All of the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they go above and beyond to help their patients. I don't ever do reviews on anything unless it really makes a difference in my life, and I can say that Dr. Block and staff absolutely made a difference.
Saw Dr. Block today, first time ever seeing a Chiropractor. Outstanding! I have been to my doctor for sciatica and have been in extreme pain for 2 months. One visit and 95 percent of the pain is gone. Go back in a few days for another adjustment, this is amazing. Really haven't felt this good in years! Awesome folks!

I’m a yoga teacher and have been experiencing back pain for years. My range of motion in certain poses was extremely limited and painful. I made an apt with Dr. Block and saw him again that same day(no charge to come back same day!) and the very next day I could do poses without pain. I was beyond excited! I would highly recommend Dr. Block and his staff they are amazing!
Fantastic staff and doctors, please come here and see if you need an adjustment before your have surgery to fix your issues... Saved me surgery and bones being cut on...
Wonderful therapists, cured my sciatica!
After putting up with discomfort in my back for months and not being able to sleep a full night w/out waking b/c of my back, I decided to take a friend’s recommendation and check out Dr David Block’s practice. So glad I did- I feel soooo much better, just wish I had gone sooner! Great friendly staff as well;)
