I wish I can give them 10 stars!! Everyone I came in contact with at Dr. Poulsen's office (from receptionist to technicians to Dr. Poulsen himself) was amazing…receptionists are friendly and courteous, my eye exams were thorough and well explained every step of the way, every question I had was answered (and even questions I didn't think to ask were anticipated and answered,) information about my cataract surgery was abundant and thorough. Only gave 2 stars because the ophthalmologist seems to know what he's doing but he hardly ever tells you what's going on with your eyes. He does his checking of the eyes then says come back and that's the end of the service. I have several problems with my eyes that need attention but can't get any questions or quality service. Staffing is very poor. Don't think they really want a human being there just the money. Must be difficult for the staff to have to customer service skills. Dr. Poulsen takes the time to make his patients feel comfortable and confident. He stays current with advanced procedures. Very skillful surgeon and I highly recommend him.
