Extremely disrespectful office staff. Considering they are the ones that do most of the work, they are not trustworthy.
My 88 year old mother was over charged by this office for over a year totaling over $800. I went to the office personally and provided the office manager Brad with documents from the insurance company that clearly showed what my mothers responsibility was. It has been almost two months and she still has not received a refund. I am told that the information has been sent to their billing office and there is nothing he can do. This is unacceptable. Dr. Kahn should be ashamed of himself.
Dr. Kahn's office overcharged me ! They are very unprofessional and incompetent office staff they refused to assist in my refund I called the office countless times over six months, requesting to speak with the office manager. The office manager Brad never returns my calls as I was promised. It's clear they are only concern about collecting money! I paid over $500! And was only suppose to pay est $200. Bunch of crooks stay away I will not recommend or return!
