My first visit with Dr. Burtzo went as follows… The doctor told me he would write an order for a PET Scan, he failed to do so. The doctor told me he give me sterile containers so I could save what I choke up. After showing the doctor a picture of what I cough up, he said he would do a pathology on said pieces. The doctor failed to provide the sterile containers. He’s been my doctor for 6 years has been such an amazing doctor always making sure I’m good knows what works for me I’m 27 started out with him when I was 21 looking for a doctor that can deal with sickle cell anemia never left even when I moved I still made sure to stick with him . Never made me question him he’s definitely about his patients needs need more doctors like him thank you for all you have done for me

Dr. Ngo is an amazing doctor who treats everyone with kindness and professionalism. I appreciate how meticulous he is with his treatment advice and how he pays attention to your needs. He always makes sure to ask you if you have any questions and is ready to listen to what you have to say. I feel very fortunate to say that he has been my doctor for the past almost 7 years.
Ive been withDr Ngo for 6 years he's been amazing caring,compassionate towards me having sickle cell anemia making sure im good not having any issues i wouldn't have no other doctor but him my insurance change the middle of last year i made sure they switched it back to him because i didnt wanna have no one new
Dr. Ngo is always timely, personable, caring, and knowledgeable. I changed my insurance in order to keep him as my doctor when the clinic no longer accepted my old insurance plan!
