About 2-3 years ago (?), I changed from another doctor (also at NHC), to Dr. Medway. Am I ever so grateful to have been able to get him as my primary care doctor. Difference between night and day, between him and the previous doctor. Dr. Medway always greets me when he comes in the room and says it’s so nice to see you!! He gives you his full attention to listen to your concerns and is thorough with his exam. He also acts professionally and promptly with referrals and refills for medication. Fabulous Doctor! He is very kind and thorough. He never makes me feel rushed and is always happy to address any issues i am experiencing. He acts quickly on referrals and follow-up.
