Great experience selling our home and e perfect new home! Highly recommend this team!
Ruined my experience of buying my first house. Do not buy a house from him as listing agent. Allows his clients to leave without final walkthrough and doesn’t notify when keys are available to be picked up for buys possession. Told my agent “your clients took advantage of me”. Not very professional when the home was left exactly how it looked at the open house. Gives out my address, people showing up at my house leaving trash, nails, screws and glass covering my driveway while trespassing.
Dave and his team were great to work with. Dave’s knowledge and expertise made the selling process go much smoother than I anticipated. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Working with David was a great experience. I had tried to reach out to other realtors thru Zillow and didn't get a single return call so I called David. When we met he looked at the house and lot and came up with a plan to get the best price possible. He was there through the entire process making sure everything went smoothly.
