Working with David was a great experience. I had tried to reach out to other realtors thru Zillow and didn't get a single return call so I called David. When we met he looked at the house and lot and came up with a plan to get the best price possible. He was there through the entire process making sure everything went smoothly. Dave and his team were great to work with. Dave’s knowledge and expertise made the selling process go much smoother than I anticipated. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Ruined my experience of buying my first house. Do not buy a house from him as listing agent. Allows his clients to leave without final walkthrough and doesn’t notify when keys are available to be picked up for buys possession. Told my agent “your clients took advantage of me”. Not very professional when the home was left exactly how it looked at the open house. Gives out my address, people showing up at my house leaving trash, nails, screws and glass covering my driveway while trespassing.
Dave Medendorp was very knowledgeable on all the ins and outs of real estate. Dave has many connections that helped tremendously in listing my home for sale and even with the moving process. Dave always had an answer and a solution the same day to keep everything moving forward smoothly. I will definitely be using Dave Medendorp and his team for any future home purchases
Seth was very flexible and giving of his time to help show us homes in the Muskegon County area. He was always willing and available to answer and text or phone call we had! Dave helped prepare our home to get it ready for the housing market we are currently in and knew all the right things to do. He prepared us for what was to come and saw it through to the very end!
