I recently took back a an item because I found it cheaper online. It was the same model number and item with same warranty. I did get a refund for my item, but it was followed up with these statements. If you purchase the item elsewhere and if it needs repaired don't you ever think you can bring it here to be repaired because I will not repair it. Another statement was included. McKenzie told me I don't know what I'm talking about and he doesn't believe me that it was the same item with same warranty. He actually said to me ... read more
