Going into the sale of this commercial property, we didn't have much hope that it would go quickly. It did and at a price with which we were pleased. David used his contacts to generate interest in the property. Overall we are happy with the sale and the plans that the buyer has for the property. It has been in the family for three generations, so it's gratifying to know that it will be well taken care of.
