I am the fifth generation in my family to own a farmhouse built in 1840, so I spent a lot of time searching for the right contractor to make extensive renovations. David did a wonderful job on our house remodel. It was an extensive job and took over 3 !/2 months and David was with us every step of the way. He would be here almost everyday watching and supervising his team and his sub contractors to make sure everything was perfect and according to our wishes. The workmanship was superlative and if every I have more work I would definitely call on David to do it. I'm proud to call him a friend.

We chose David McCay to build our home after seeing a few others he had built. He promised us he would be on the job every day, and would be in constant communication with us about the project. I purchased a piece of property a couple of years ago and had David to come out to place my driveway and decide where the house needed to be located and how it needed to sit on the property.
