I can't say enough good things about Leslie. After my accident, I was overwhelmed and stressed, and she was exactly the kind of person I needed. She was so kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. I always felt heard, supported, and taken care of. If you're dealing with the stress of an accident, I truly hope you get someone like Leslie. She made a difficult experience a little easier, and I'm incredibly grateful for everything she did.
I recently got hit by a guy geico insurance customer, they sent me to this body shop. The Body Shop is told from the beginning that I wanted my door replaced, I did not hit my car. The other guy, did they have bondo all over my car? They did an extremely horrible job The paint doesn't match. My car was filthy, I would not recommend these people to anyone. They are bondo, kings and do horrible work. So stay away from this place of you know what's good for you
Nice, friendly, but my vehicle was not ready when I arrived. I worked with the manager, Ed and he made everything right for me and beyond the second visit. Would be 5 stars if not for the issues in the initial pick up. Overall very pleased with the experience and greatful to be a customer.
