Nice, friendly, but my vehicle was not ready when I arrived. Bolts loose on crash bar, hood body lines off still, paint has dull and scratches in rear above windows replacement, the cleaning was terrible, my head liner is filthy compared to before. The engine bay was covered in dirt. I had glue/tape residue in the rear cab. The quality check seemed to miss a lot of important details. Overall dissapointed in the delivery of my repaired vehicle.
I brought my 4-month-old Yukon XL here after a minor sideswipe, expecting it to be returned to factory condition as promised. Instead, it took three attempts and nearly a year of frustration, and the truck is still not right. Attempt 1: Improper block sanding left noticeable streaks. Very nice staff in and out in no time my car was so clean when they returned it to me , you can not tell that my car has been in an accident .
