Very easy experience with Seminole Toyota Collision. My estimator Anthony Jr helped me out with my State Farm claim on my Subaru Outback. He made sure to get the vehicle in, order parts and even send to the dealer for the front radar calibration. State Farm covered everything and I was in and out of the rental in a very short time. I was generally pleased with the entire process. The administrative staff was efficient and friendly. I had a fairly minor repair (replace front bumper), It took 5 weeks. They did a very good repair. The experience was pleasurable. Here is the real problem When I picked up my Luxury car my dash cam was removed and put in the console. I though that was strange . After checking the mileage in and the mileage out THEY DROVE MY CAR FOR OVER 140 MILES. That led me to believe they were borrowing my car quite regularly. Someone tak... read more

Excellent communication, customer service and workmanship! Anthony was my point of contact while my vehicle was being repaired at this facility. Our schedules do not align, so we communicated best through text. He indicated that he would update me every few days and was a truly a man of his word! After picking up my car, I discovered an issue with the locking mechanism on my car door after leaving the facility.
