Simply the best! The doctor offered so many more choices than I expected. LASIK and so many more. options! He even offered correction for near and far!
Horrible customer service. I waited an hour and a half to be seen by an assistant who performed the vision test, which I believe should be done by the DR. Had my pupils dilated and told to wait another 15-20 minutes which turned out to be another 50 minutes. Doctor Malitz came in without reading my charts and stating incorrect info. I was prescribed the wrong prescription and was given attitude when I stated I couldn't see through my glasses clearly. Overall, length of visit was about 3 hours.
