I listened to Dr. Frandsen lecture at Museum of Idaho on the history of dentistry. I was blown away by the knowledge and enthusiasm Frandsen had for his profession. I was weeks away from dental surgery so I thought to approach Dr. Frandsen after the lecture and it resulted in me going to him a week later for a second opinion. I used to be terrified every time I went to the dentist so I would put off going until I had a problem. But since I found Dr. Heninger I am going every 6 months without fear. Everyone is kind and I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They listen to me and explain my options clearly. Procedures are done quickly and well. Thank you!

Dr. Frandsen did a great job. He and his staff were very helpful and friendly. The answered all my questions and seemed very easy to work with.

I was very pleased with my initial visit. The staff was pleasant and very professional. Dr. Heninger thoroughly examined my teeth and listened to my concern. He found a problem with my loose crown and addressed it right then. I did not feel I was part of an assembly line, and appreciate the personal care. I look forward to my next 6 month visit.
