I love going to the dentist at Idaho Falls Smiles! This is our family dentist of choice! The staff is friendly, kind and efficient! The dentist is awesome as well as his assistants! Pain free and great results! Number one in my opinion!

What an amazing dentist and staff. Dr. Frandsen is the best dentist I've ever had. He was so professional, caring and concerned, and thorough at explaining every step in the process from the cleaning, shaping, building and fitting of my crown. EXCEPTIONAL DENTIST OFFICE!!I EVERYONE IS SOOOOO NICE, CARING AND CONCERNED!! Latisha runs the front with expertise and never seems to miss a beat. She is ALWAYS so friendly and fun to chat with. Dr. Griffin is the BEST!! I trust him with my whole heart and soul. So very thankful I came back to my original dentist office. The dental assistants are very nice and concerned about you, as well.😊😊😊
Saw Dr. Griffin yesterday as a new patient. His office and staff were easy to fine, and once there, was presented with a pleasant new patient experience. His Hygienist was caring and competent and patient with my dental issues. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it and made me feel at ease. Although going to the Dentist is not always everyone's favorite thing to do, this office made is quite easy and pain free.
It wasn't the Mother's Day gift, birthday present, and next Christmas gift I was hoping for, but it needed to be done and was done comfortably. No pain. I felt confident working with Dr. Griffin and left the office feeling good and decided to make cookies. Jaw is a little sore but requires no medication. They are really great at every thing they do from the time you check in to the point of getting the work done on your teeth over all they are awesome at all they do highly recommend them.
