Dr. Frandsen was very good at his job. He was both informative and friendly - as a matter of fact, his only downfall is that he is a DENTIST and therefore programmed to torture others :) That being said, since I have to go to a dentist, I'm glad I can go to him.
Every facet of my visit was exceptional. The staff was friendly, the processes were well explained. My time was valued. Great Office!
Other than no one greeting me at the front desk and helping me for a long time, the dental assistants and Dr. Frandsen were awesome and beyond friendly. I am so glad I switched dentists!!

Dr. Heninger and Dr. Frandsen have a very clean and modern office. Their staff members are extremely kind and helpful, and the doctors themselves are friendly and professional. I enjoy my visits to their office.

Overall I have been pleased with Dr. Heninger's performance. Did a cerrac crown two weeks ago and was happy with the overall experience. Nice and friendly staff. Time waiting to be seated for a cleaning could have been better.
