Amazing eye doctor!! Diagnose was accurate and treatment was aggressive but successful. Thank God I went in for my situation.
Dr Chang was very thorough and confident and easy to talk to. The staff was very courteous and did a good job for me. I got my next appointment right away and I’ve had no problems with them. All in all an excellent experience. I learned that I had a cataract and it was taken care of as soon as he was able to book the surgery. I appreciated that very much.
Front office has no customer service experience, they make you wait 1 hour for nothing. But if you are late 15 min, they will reschedule your surgery.
Dr Chang and he's office personal, are fantastic!!! The front desk, is amazing. They are fast, competent, polite. Dr Chang, is very caring, thorough, encouraging with a positive attitude.
