Our non-profit association starting working with David about 3 years ago. Coverage includes directors and officers and general business liability. When I ask David questions about our policies, he promptly provides a complete and accurate answer. We are fortunate that we have not filed a claim but, if we ever need to, I have no doubt that David would be just as responsive.
