In my opinion Dr Kieras is an excellent and caring surgeon. His surgical skills are the very best and his informative programs both before and after surgery are excellent.
I've had shots in my back at this hospital, they are always so gentle. I don't stress out like I use to years ago. My hip feels so much better since I received the injection. (I hope it lasts.) It was an excellent experience.
Dr. Kieras answered all my questions and provided practical steps forward with concerns.
Dr. Kieras did an excellent job of explaining what would be necessary to repair my previous knee replacement. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

I didn't feel rushed at all. I felt the doctor listened to all my questions and in fact asked me a couple of times if I had additional questions.
This is my second knee replacement. I did not see Dr. Kieras post-op on the first one and I wish I had! He gave me excellent information and directions I did not get before.
Dr Kieras gave me the clearest explanation of the status of my left knee that I have lived with for 52 years, showed ne the x-rays that educated me as to deterioration in that knee and that it is what I refer to as being knocked kneed due to the trying to protect it from pain over the years (first time I had ever heard this) and to be careful with it going forward. Also, that the right knee that I damaged recently that led to the appointment was stretched ligaments and to be careful with them and should be ok in 2 months....... read more
This was my first time to meet Dr Kieras. I was impressed with his clear explanation of what my options were, and offering his opinion when asked. He was pleasant yet efficient.
