Dr Kieras let me know that walking wasn't enough and recommended I add biking/cycling swimming or row machine for my overall health. I appreciated that additional information.

I was very impressed with this Dr and would definitely return if the need arises.
He would ask me a question and I could barely answer it before he would cut me off. I have never felt so horrible leaving an Dr appointment before and I will never see him again. The way he talked down to me and couldn't even listen to the answers to his questions he asked is why I left the office in tears.
According to Dr. Kieras I am healing well. I have keloids over the incision and he suggested ways to minimize them and gave me a time frame for that. The time frame was helpful in that I know not to expect a huge difference within a month or two.
