He is apathetic and his staff is maniacal.
I am very pleased with his care. I went to him with a problem that could not be diagnosed after a couple of visits to hospitals and many visits with specialists. He kept searching and eliminating causes, he didn't give up.
Doctor Karaffa has been a huge help with my migraines, which I have had my whole adult life. His approach is with vitamins supplemented with medication when needed. He is also a caring, personal doctor who listens and then asks questions. I recommend him highly.

Went in for tension headache I’ve had for 2 months straight Then he diagnosed me with depression and anxiety. Tried to prescribe me antidepressants and gaba inhibitors. Offered no advice how to relieve muscle tension. Didn’t tell me to exercise more or eat healthy. I was also withdrawing from alcohol so he misperceived my anxiety.
