Great care
Dr Gutstein coldly told us my husband had cirrhosis of the liver and was going to die. He said he can never have general anaesthesia so we had to cancel his shoulder replacement surgery. Went to Mayo Clinic for 2nd opinion. He did not have cirrhosis of the liver and is perfectly OK for surgery. However we had to wait 6 more painful months until his surgeon could reschedule his shoulder surgery. I would never recommend Dr Gutstein
Dr. Gutstein is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a few questions & concerns about the procedure which we discussed in detail and thoroughly. He answered each one and made it a point to confirm that I understood his answers and direction. A very down to earth, Likable gentlemen who is focused on providing excellent patient care. I would not hesitate to recommend to all of my family & friends.

Dr Gutstein listened to what I had to say regarding my Neurofibromatosis and regarding my son having NF and my 3 1/2 year old grandson with NF and tumor on his brain. He reassured me that my grandson was in the perfect state to get the best treatment. He assured me he would look for neurofibroma's during my procedure. I would totally go to him for what ever I needed. I will return for a procedure regarding my dysphagia. Execellent bedside manor. Thank you Dr G. sandra smith.
Terrible bedside manner and didn't feel very confident in him. I would not recommend him to friends or family. Nasty attitude also!!!!
