Dr Grossman is the quintessential doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manner, takes the time to thoroughly find out what is going on, discusses possible treatments and quickly follows up. Late one evening I emailed him about a concern. I didn’t expect a reply until the next day and since it wasn’t an emergency, I was fine with waiting. In the middle of the night, I had woken up and decided to check my email (not a good idea) and I saw that he answered my email within 5 minutes of my sending it.
