I wanted to take the time to adjust my review. After posting my original review explaining the issue I had with a sofa purchased a year and a half ago, I received a personal phone call from David. David took the time to apologize for any oversight that happened in resolving my original issue. David also offered my husband and I a credit for the purchase price of the sofa. My husband and I were able to go into David Lyall Home & Design and pick out a new sofa. David had one of his designers pull several fabrics ahead of time.... read more
