David Love really knows the piano and immediately identifies what is needed. I have a Steinway M (smallest of the Steinway grands) and the sound I've been getting since David worked on it is vastly improved. He is competitive with his prices and in my mind, really is a master. I highly recommend him.
He did a terrible job and overcharged me. And if that wasn't enough, he criticized me about things unrelated. Seriously mind your own business and do the job and stop ripping people off.

First, he examined the piano and gave us an estimate of its worth in the current market. He advertised the piano on his website and I showed it to interested parties in situ. He had great contacts and we sold the piano for his full estimated price very quickly.
