This company did an appraisal through a bank of my fully renovated student house in Cortland and comped it inaccurately - costing me valuable time and money. I do not recommend using them.
Wasted 450.00 having my property appraised by this company, by the president no less. I've never sold a home and I knew they were way off the mark appraising it at 160k. Ended up costing me a lot of time and money and ultimately sold exactly where I said it would at 200k. The professional missed it by 40k. Realtor took one look at it and said it would sell for 200k and it did
