All of the staff are professional and know the answers to the difficult questions I needed to ask. This is a very busy office, but they took the time I needed.Dr. Litoff is very knowledgeable and confident. Those two qualities eased the last of my fears. I will add more after my surgery, but I know I will be well cared for.
Dr. Litoff is a very knowledgeable and very kindhearted professional . I feel very lucky to have him as my doctor and I highly recommend him.
The level of care is outstanding from check in to check out. The staff is caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Litoff is an excellent physician who explains everything well and answers any questions I have. I refer everyone I know in person and social media to go here for great eye care!
amazing experience very accomodating
Dr. Litoff is a highly skilled eye surgeon who did an excellent job with my cataract removal. The operating room staff was excellent and caring. Icon, however, is an administrative nightmare with calls not returned, billing questions not answered, and the overcharge for my insurance copay was promised and not yet delivered after 3 months (the check is in the mail) I highly recommend Dr. Litoff but be prepared to deal with incompetence with Icon bureaucracy and billing.
