Dr. Lin was personable and took time to explain the possible causes of my son’s arm injury. He explained treatment options and answered all of our questions. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric orthopedic doctor.
My son hurt is arm and the office was able to see us the same day I called. Staff was friendly and Dr. Lin was great. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend them.
It was my first visit and was worried for my daughter . Dr Lin was warm and easy to talk to and he has the skills to work with teenagers and made my daughter comfortable. The whole staff were warm and welcoming, fast and precise. No long waits.
Dr. Lin was thorough in explaining what happened to my son (a pelvic tear.) He listened to us and answered our questions. We will definitely be seeing him again.
Office personnel are very professional and helpful in many ways. Dr. Lin spends time with you and never in a rush. He makes his patients feel comfortable and communicates with you in simple terms; no room for misunderstandings.
Dr. Lin, Was nothing less than wonderful. He shows compassion and is very attentive to his young patients. He is swift and knowledgeable and will leave you feeling confident with whatever your child matter is. The reception staff was very pleasant as well.
Dr Lin was excellent with my 10 yr old. Kind and caring. My son was nervous and he put him at ease.
Dr Lin has a great bedside manner and did a very thorough exam of our daughter.
Nothing stood out about my visit. I think the Doctor was fine and knowledgeable however treated you like a number. We go to speailists for a reason. I didn’t like that I was made to feel like I did something incorrect for my child’s care. I called the office told them my situation and later in the week is when they booked me. Doctor said we should of come in sooner. I didn’t like this because it was not in my control. Maybe the front desk should prioritize appointments better.
