Was seen quickly, ordered x rays and done with little waiting. Everyone was nice and helpful. Dr Lin was very nice and patient with my child. He explain to me so I can understand. Definitely recommend.
While we appreciated that Dr. Lin was able to see our toddler and provided (hopefully) proper treatment immediately, it appeared that he didn't care much about our questions regarding the prognosis. He didn't provide clear answer on when to follow up as well as showing a strange attitude of this is just not a big deal. I think it is difficult for every parent to experience their child going through injury even though it was not life threatening. My daughter got cast on her right hand. Hand look tilted on one side. I repeatedly asked about it from nurse but she said it is all good. Will see how it goes in couple of weeks but by looking at that hand posture makes me nervous.
Dr. Lin was very professional, courteous and gentle, he was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns also the staff was very friendly and efficient.
