Mr David and his office are terrible with communication, timeliness and advocating for his clients. His initial meeting or retaining call seems okay and then very quickly he seemingly ditches you after he gets his fees. He is rude and uses cussing as a professional way to communicate. In the end, he was completely missing in action and stopped returning calls, emails and texts. If you want an attorney to fight for you or your loved one, definitely choose someone else.
Deff do not recommend using this attorney at all. I used him for an eviction case. He showed up and “forgot” all of his paperwork etc for my case. Then, somehow we still won the judgement because I had all the info on hand, and the other lady didn’t show. He received his payment, and won’t respond. Only did the eviction and never finished and helped me receive any of the money the woman owed me.
