Rude receptionist!!
Horrible customer service, the lady at the front is extremly rude and dry, lacking experiece to deal with new customer in a. Kidn and generous way. She failed at learning why i walked in, whether was for me or for a family member. Extremely Disrespectful Phone Experience I called to book an appointment with an eye doctor for my parents. I spoke politely and respectfully, and when I started spelling out their names clearly, the receptionist laughed in a mocking and inappropriate way. When I asked why she was laughing, she said, “You don’t know how to speak,” and continued to laugh in a very unprofessional and offensive manner.
