My uncle went in for some work. Terrible experience....never asked him if he needed water, or asked him if he was ok and the worst part was that HE had to wait until the assistant changed tools to close his mouth to get a break. You would have thought all the time he was sitting in the chair, it would have dawned on her to ASK. It wasn't a 5 minute thing, he was in the chair for a god-awful time.
