Dr. Mosaed was awesome, as were the nurses, {staff name removed}, the assistant, was extremely helpful. Dr. Ye, the fellow, was also a 10. Dr. Mosaed is a 20. Thank you.
First appointment. Will not return. Doctor was rude, talked down to me and basically made me feel uncomfortable. Chastised for me not looking exactly where she wanted me to look. Kept making terse comments that were belittling. I'm 74 but consider myself sound physically and mentally. She may be a doctor and department head and since this was my first visit she knew nothing about me. I have as much post graduate training in my profession as she does in hers. Good continued service.
Didn't feel like UCI health has my best interest for health care. I was at the clinic for stomach pains. Then went to UCI emergency and then schedule for follow up. Seems like there are no communication or history. Everything or every appointment is transactional and siloed.
Excellent discussion with physician. Nursing staff in room and at the desk were very helpful.
