A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question.
